What currency type will I be billed with for my order?
All transactions are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If you are purchasing from a different country, your bank or payment institution will convert the payment for you, and in some cases, may also charge you a transaction fee for the conversion.
For more information regarding this fee, we recommend contacting your bank or payment institution.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship all products worldwide EXCEPT Shoe Trees. These are available for delivery to Australian addresses only.
Are all Pretty Kickz sneakers brand new and authentic?
We sell new and used sneakers, and always guaranteed 100% authentic.
All new sneakers are brand new in the box, with the original tags and packaging (where applicable). Any issues with the product itself, the tags, or the packaging will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
All used sneakers are clearly marked as USED on the product page, and the photos you see are of the actual sneakers you will receive.
How much is shipping?
All sneaker purchases for Australian addresses are shipped for FREE with Australia Post Express. All sneaker purchases for international addresses are shipped with at a DISCOUNTED RATE by an express carrier that services your country.
All non-sneaker products EXCEPT SHOE TREES are shipped worldwide for FREE using a variety of carriers (determined by our suppliers). Unfortunately we can only offer Shoe Trees to Australian addresses only.
Can I cancel, refund, or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot cancel a transaction once it has been placed, and we do not offer returns or refunds.
If the product you have received is defective or not the product/size you ordered, please contact us for further assistance.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your junk mail to see if the confirmation has incorrectly been marked as spam. If you still cannot locate your order confirmation email within 10-15 minutes of placing your order, please contact us.
